Roseacre Junior School - Uniform

School uniform is smart, functional and competitively priced.  All children are asked to wear school uniform. 

Boys                                                  

School sweatshirt; School tie; White shirt; Grey trousers/shorts; Navy/black/grey socks; Black/brown shoes*     

Girls

School sweatshirt; School cardigan (sweatshirt material); School tie; White blouse; Navy skirt (sensible length); Tailored Navy trousers of smart appearance; Blue & white checked or striped dress, Navy knee length tailored shorts (in summer); Navy/white socks or tights; Black/brown/navy shoes*

*No suede shoes, trainers, boots, high heeled, open-toed, sling back shoes or shoes that easily slip off the foot, are to be worn for health and safety reasons.

PE Kit

White PE polo shirt; plain navy shorts; plain navy skorts (for girls); trainers; PE bag. 
Socks for PE if tights are being worn as part of the uniform.

Track suits may be worn for outdoor games in the winter.

Other Items

Outdoor coat; navy blazer (optional – badge available from school).

Painting overall.

Hair to be tied back with plain navy/brown/white bands.

No jewellery to be worn other than one small pair of studs for children with pierced ears and/or a functional wristwatch. Earrings must be removed by the child for PE, Games and Swimming.

School takes no responsibility for any jewellery worn to school.

Nail varnish or make up may not be worn to school.
